Pianiste
Leader de Caribbean Connection, Patrick Nuissier est né en Guadeloupe (Antilles françaises) le 21 novembre 1957.
Obtient un premier prix de piano jazz au conservatoire royal de Bruxelles.
Expérience professionnelle de 1975 à 1979 :
Nombreux concerts aux Antilles, aux U.S.A (Madison Square Garden), au Canada et en France
(Paris-Palais des Congrès, Palais des Glaces, Bataclan, salle Walgram) avec les « AIGLONS »
Enregistre avec Georges Plonquitte la chanson « Rosalie » qui sera ensuite reprise par « Carlos« .
Période 1980-1984
Nombreux concerts et tournées européennes avec divers groupes et spectacles
- Brasil Tropical : Beaux Arts, Cirque Royal.
- Mandanga (musique sud-américaine) : Machado, Scandinavie, Mallemunt.
- Azuquita y su melao: Chapelle des Lombards, New-Morning, Zenith ( Paris).
- Super Combo Créole : Sphinx Festival de Belgique.
- Dynamita Salsa : Cactus Festival, Festival de Roubaix (France)
Période 1985-1999
Parallèlement à Caribbean Connection que Patrick Nuissier crée en 1985, il continuera à collaborer avec des artistes tels que Francis Goya, Victor Lazlo, Zap Mama, Dieudonné Kabongo, et des jazzmen tels que Gino Lattuca, Bruno Castelluchi, Paolo Radoni, etc…
